- Provide a valid ID ( KTP/PASSPORT ).
- Secure your booking with a minimum 50% deposit ( NON REFUNDABLE ) .
- The remaining payment balance can be settled by Cash or Transfer.
If you’re not sure about the exact date yet, no problem-you can still secure your slot with a tentative date.
We also allow a one time rescheduled once your plans are confirmed,depending on our avaibility. So you can book with confidence.
We highly recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred bike and schedule, especially during peak season.
If there is technical hard issue cannot handled by the renter, please inform us immediately so we can assist you.
However, any damage cause by negligence, misuse, or accidents will be the renter’s responsibility and may incur additional charge.
Currently, bikes are only available for full day (24 hour) rentals.
While you can technically rent a bike for a half-day duration, the price remains the same as a full day rental.
Yes, we do! We offer FREE delivery if your hotel is within 15 minutes of our location. For locations further than 15 minutes away, an additional delivery charge will apply. The total cost is calculated based on your specific distance from us.
Yes, they do. We open based on appoitment only, please inform us 30 mins before coming so we can standby.
